Boat Trips & Hidden Coves

See the coast from the water
Some of Corfu's most beautiful places have no road: small coves, cliffs and sea caves that can only be reached by boat. From the north-east coast you can join a short coastal cruise, hire a small boat for the day, or head out on a longer trip to nearby islands.
Coastal cruises
Half-day trips along the north-east coast
Boat tours leave from the beaches and small harbours along the north-east coast. Many include swimming and snorkelling stops in clear, sheltered coves, and some pass the village-backed bays beneath Mount Pantokrator. They are a relaxed way to see the coastline and a good option for families.
Hire a boat
Be your own captain
Small motorboats can be hired at Dassia Beach and in several nearby resorts. Ask the rental operator about any licence requirements, the safe range and the best coves, and always carry water, sun protection and your phone.
Longer day trips
Islands and coastline
Day trips by boat from Corfu include the Diapontia islands, Paxos and Antipaxos, and the nearby mainland coast. These are full-day outings, so book with a reputable local operator, take your passport or ID for any crossing to the mainland, and bring a hat and swimwear.
